We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a driven and creative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team for one of our branded clients. Operating within the marketing department, designing and artworking many elements of marketing collateral.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
There will be a variety of different projects, mainly using existing assets
Responsible for consistency of brand identity throughout all marketing materials produced.
Understanding of sub brands and appropriate use of key brand messages and straplines, working within the brand guidelines.
Monitor workload jobsheet, prioritising jobs and effectively managing workflow, communicating regularly with managers.
Maintaining regular contact with creative agencies and implementing brand appropriate creative ideas, using templates where appropriate
Understanding of key fabric technologies and product features
Keeping abreast of latest graphic design trends
Regularly reviewing competitor marketing materials such as brochures, packaging, in-store pos, websites to including research trips
Required Skills and Experience:
Up to 2 years experience in graphic design
A team player who is able to convert basic concepts from an initial brief into slick final artwork.
Must have proven experience of working to tight deadlines and a 'can do’ attitude towards operating within a fast-paced environment
Must be adaptable to a variety of creative projects.
Must have excellent creative flair and first-class Mac skills, particularly with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A proven track record and outstanding portfolio of previous work.
