Grants Administrator

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a UK charity who provide essential support and advice to professionals in the media industry, as they seek to recruit a part time Grants Administrator on a temporary basis for at least eight weeks. There is a possibility that this role could be extended, however this is not guaranteed at this stage.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Support Team, ensuring the charity is able to deliver a professional service to their clients. You will also provide adhoc general office support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for beneficiaries via phone, email or in person. In addition, you will need to process all support committee paperwork, for example agendas, minutes, application filing and committee letters.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar admin focused role. Excellent interpersonal, administration and communications skills are required to excel in this role. If you are familiar with charity databases such as Raiser's Edge, that would be beneficial.
