For Grand National project you will be based on one of our most sought after departments. Ideal for any sports fans, the call centre floor is covered in large flat-screen TVs, showing a wide range of live sporting events, helping you to keep customers up to date on the latest on-goings in the sporting world.
What will you be doing?
We are happy to announce that the hugely popular Grand National project will once again be held in Dearne Valley. This role will see you working as a tele betting operative; taking calls from customers who are looking to place bets on upcoming sporting events and delivering high levels of customer service.
This is a fast paced role which will see you handling high volumes of calls, putting you in the thick of one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. Other typical responsibilities include advising customers on the latest odds, opening new telephone betting accounts and taking customer deposits.
What do you get in return?
Excellent hourly rate of £8.10 per hour
1 full day temporary work (Saturday 14th April)
