JOB TITLE: Graduate Training Scheme (5 places available)
Excellent opportunities for motivated and ambitious graduates to join a well established company on
their Graduate Training Scheme. Due to continued success and growth of the business our client is
currently looking to recruit four candidates to follow their 12 month training programme that covers all
aspects of business from modern printing techniques & design through to sales, marketing & commercial
business allowing successful candidates to gain a wide breadth of company knowledge.
Successful completion of the course will enable each candidate to enter into a career within the one of
the following areas:
1 x Application Specialist 1 x Graphic Designer 1 x Sales Executive
1 x Stock Handling & Inventory Coordinator 1 x Marketing Analyst
This role involves the development of proof of concepts, design, development, build, test and
implementation of systems to solve our clients' business and IT problems. The successful candidate will
receive training to develop an in-depth understanding of our products, offerings and services. This could
involve any aspect of Application Development and Management. They may also find themselves working
alongside our sales teams, providing technical project knowledge and guidance to
support the work that they do with our clients. Candidates with a relevant degree (e.g. IT or Graphic
design/multimedia) will be considered for this role.

relevant form of design related degree will be considered.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can take direction and work in a team. They must
have a key eye for detail, an ability to multi task and work under pressure. Good communication skills are
essential. Key task involved in this role include estimating, the booking in and overseeing of print jobs and

This role requires excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft software programmes, good
communication skills, both written and verbal and great attention to detail. This role covers logistics,
warehousing, distribution, project management and planning. Candidates with a relevant degree will be
This role requires someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets and databases and has a passion for
analysing information and research. Daily tasks would include desk based research, for example on a
company website; mining and extracting information from databases and analysing information on
marketing campaigns using, for example Google Analytics and proprietary email software. You will largely
be working on your own, but supporting a number of internal departments specifically sales and
marketing teams. You must be proficient using Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Microsoft
Access is desirable. Applicants with a relevant degree in Mathematics, Business or Marketing will be
The training programme will involve both practical and commercial aspects in all areas of the business.
Graduate trainees will also be required to help secure new business, by preparing tender documents for
Public Sector opportunities.
Progress will be monitored by continual assessment culminating in an end of course evaluation.
