We are looking for high-calibre graduates to join our industry leading Graduate Training Programme now.
The Zenopa Graduate Trainee Recruitment Programme is an integral part of our future strategy. We have a proven track record of developing graduates into Senior Managers and leaders of our business.
Established in 1991, Zenopa is a recruitment company with UK and European wide coverage, which has demonstrated a fantastic growth rate over the last 10 years. Zenopa has an excellent reputation as one of the leading agencies in the healthcare market with clientele including companies such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, Philips, Roche and Novartis. We have achieved this by building strong relationships with our clients through designing and providing flexible, rapid and effective campaigns that specifically meet their needs.
We’re an organisation that understands today's solution is not tomorrow’s; we invest heavily in marketing to ensure tomorrow is a step ahead of today. It’s a culture where people like to work with each other and via "the great place to work" reviews we strive to improve our working environment, voted in the Top 25 Small Companies to work for in the 2013 Great Place to Work survey. You will be working in an environment where success and making a difference is recognised and rewarded.
There is a clear three year progression plan on the programme, supported by a tailored range of internal & external training, coaching and mentors.
Year 1 - You'll get to grips with how our business works. Understanding our core operations is fundamental to your future success.
Within the first six months - Researcher, learning how we can help people move into a role where they can make a greater difference. After six months you can continue down the Researcher route or alternatively commence liaising with employers within the Recruiter role.
Year 2 - Progress to Senior Researcher or as a Recruiter you begin to take ownership of particular clients as an Account Manager. A third aspect of winning new business may have been identified in your Personal Development Plan and specific training and objectives may become part of your role.
Year 3 - Principal Researcher, Senior Account Manager or Principal Account Manager, winning business as a Spearhead, or management as a Team Leader. During this year, we would expect skilled professionals with expected earnings of £40-50k, at which point we would be looking to put you on a management track which includes professional external management qualifications. (Bonus is uncapped and exceptional performance could achieve earnings of £60k in Year 3).
