There is a clear three year progression plan on the programme, supported by a tailored range of internal & external training, coaching and mentors.

Year 1 - You'll get to grips with how our business works. Understanding our core operations is fundamental to your future success.

Within the first six months - Researcher, learning how we can help people move into a role where they can make a greater difference. After six months you can continue down the Researcher route or alternatively commence liaising with employers within the Recruiter role.

Year 2 - Progress to Senior Researcher or as a Recruiter you begin to take ownership of particular clients as an Account Manager. A third aspect of winning new business may have been identified in your Personal Development Plan and specific training and objectives may become part of your role.

Year 3 - Principal Researcher, Senior Account Manager or Principal Account Manager, winning business as a Spearhead, or management as a Team Leader. During this year, we would expect skilled professionals with expected earnings of £40-50k, at which point we would be looking to put you on a management track which includes professional external management qualifications. (Bonus is uncapped and exceptional performance could achieve earnings of £60k in Year 3).


Competitive Salary and Excellent Bonus Scheme

Commissions - paid monthly, with income guarantees

Holiday- 25 days increasing to 30 after 2 years service and 35 after 5 years service, 40 days after 10 years service

Alternative working hours available (less hours, same pay, holiday doesn't go up as much as original scheme).

After 6 months: Matched pension contribution up to 7.5% of basic

Up to £40 contribution towards gym membership or similar


The most important requirement is attitude. We really do seek a 'can do’ individual, someone who will genuinely put the effort in and deliver to the client regardless of how long it takes.

We also seek:

1st class or 2:1 degree only

Professional use of language, excellent relationship building skills, a positive/enthusiastic outlook, tenacity,

focus on achieving objectives, ability to learn medical jargon.

Driving license is essential
