Marks Sattin is a leading financial recruitment company based in the City of London and we are currently seeking Graduates to join our 2018 summer training programme. We are running an Assessment Centre for Graduates on the 11th April 2018 and we want to see the best from you!

There are no expectations or requirements in being familiar with the finance sector - all relevant training and development will be provided where you be taught how to headhunt, negotiate, win new business and close deals.

This is a full end to end recruitment role focusing on high end senior roles in a highly lucrative part of the market. You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
