We are an ambitious and professional boutique recruitment consultancy placing senior level candidates into the banking, finance and accounting markets. We are seeking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher to be based in our London office.
Working closely with the Senior Recruitment Directors, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and screening candidates for key global accounts. Working in a team, you will offer a high level of customer service to help enhance the relationship with the account you are working on.
* Identification and qualification of client requirements
* Qualification of candidates prior to submission
* Generating and qualifying leads
* Candidate network development
* Account development and management
You'll possess excellent communication skills and will have experience of building relationships. You'll be a tenacious self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and hit the ground running. Ideally you will be of degree calibre or equivalent, this role would suit someone who is self- motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
For this vacancy it is also important you are naturally persuasive, resilient, have excellent customer service skills, can work in a team and have strong communications skills as you will be communicating with managers, directors and candidates at all levels. You must also have strong research and analytical skills.
We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background and degree educated. For the right candidate, the role could evolve into managing a team of resourcers or develop into a full time recruitment consultant role.
