Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £20k Basic + Uncapped Commission, OTE Year1 £30k, Year2 £50k

The role of a graduate recruitment consultant isn’t easy, but it can be very rewarding.
My client is a renowned provider of oil and gas consultants to the energy industry worldwide. Founded in 2005 this is an opportunity to join a market leading recruitment specialist at the beginning of their growth. My client’s in depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry paired with their own in-house engineering knowledge and skills help them to provide world class representation and value to their consultants and clients. They are looking for several graduate recruitment consultants to join them during their growth.
My client is currently looking for ambitious, intelligent and driven graduate recruitment consultants who have the ability and passion to deliver leading edge recruitment solutions to the existing portfolio, whilst developing their own global accounts.
The role is primarily based in London; however your client base will be global and therefore all consultants should expect a significant amount of travel and potential global moves in the future.
Training will play a major part in everyone’s career with my client and all recruits, graduate or experienced, will initially join the Oil & Gas academy before beginning the sales training programme.
As opposed to generalist recruitment companies, they offer a unique opportunity due to all graduate recruitment consultants being trained by engineering experts in the field with 40+ years first-hand experience of the sector. This will enable consultants to develop in-depth commercial acumen, industry knowledge and, ultimately, deeper client and candidate relationships and a higher chance of success than would be gained in the vast majority of recruitment consultancies.
