THE ROLES - TRAINEE CLAIMS HANDLERS
My client a leading and well-established private insurance company are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their welcoming and successful Claims teams. These are brilliant opportunities for bright and focussed team players, with excellent interpersonal skills who are extremely keen to learn and have a genuine interest in pursuing a rewarding career within the insurance market.
Not only will you be offered an outstanding training programme that is widely envied in the insurance industry (and second to none!) where you will be trained to the highest standard. You will also receive a pay rise of 3%-5% every 3 months providing you meet your training and development milestones, which equates to an extra £6,000 pay rise in 2 years! Following successful completion of training you will become a Qualified Claims Handler.
These are integral and highly visible roles requiring extensive liaison and the ability to build key relationships internally across the business and externally with Clients, Underwriters, Brokers and Insurance professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 GCSE+ passes or equivalent (grades A-C) Inc.: English Lang & Lit, Maths
- Experience of working in an office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office and IT skills
- Sound organisation and planning ability
- Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own work and manage workload
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
- A flexible and positive team player who is keen and willing to learn
