Graduate Trainee Independent Financial Adviser

Fairstone is a national financial advisory and wealth management group with a whole of market offering. We incorporate the UK’s largest Chartered Financial Planning firm and have a number of dedicated business channels that include financial advisory, discretionary fund management, wealth management, property finance and estate planning.

Committed to bringing new entrants into the industry, we have a proven track record of developing Graduate Trainee IFAs into more senior roles within the group.

We are currently recruiting into the Graduate Trainee IFA programme. This opportunity is unique within the industry and takes applicants to Chartered status within four years entirely at Fairstone’s cost.

Initially, Trainees will develop the skills and experience required to be a successful financial adviser by supporting our existing network of IFA’s. Trainees will engage and qualify inbound clients to identify the most appropriate course of action.

Fairstone fully cover the cost of exams and training and our graduates will receive a £1,000 salary increase with each exam passed.

We offer a starting salary of £18,000 which, assuming exam success, will increase to £21,000 by the end of year one, £24,000 by the end of year two and again to £30,000 within three to four years.

Trainees will begin to advise clients on a restricted basis in year one and are expected to earn bonus in addition to their basic Salary.

OTE in year three should be in excess of, but is not capped at, £45,000 to £50,000
