Graduate to work with challenging behaviour in Secondary School

A secondary school in Hayes are looking for graduate to join them ASAP. You will be working across the years groups, in small groups, 1:1 and also leading classes as and when needed. You will be dealing with challenging behaviour and some SEN.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in order to apply for teacher training, or someone who wants to secure a role in a progressive school who offer lots of training and support.

You will need to be enthusiastic, conscientious and be willing to the the ground running. This is a challenging but very rewarding role. You will need to have a DBS on the update service, or be willing to process a new one.
