Start a successful career with a leading electrical, lighting and security products manufacturing and distribution business belonging to a global group of companies and employing over 1,500 people across the UK. With consistently strong year on year growth and a current group UK turnover of over £600 million, they are an established business with a fantastic reputation. They are a key supplier to the UK Electrical Wholesale market, a market worth over £11bn per annum, amongst others.
Due to their ambitious plans for expansion, they are now looking for a commercially-minded graduate with a passion for business and building client relationships, to join them as a Graduate Area Sales Manager and manage relationships with key clients across Scotland. You will ideally live in the Central Belt of Scotland (Edinburgh, Glasgow etc).

You will be given the tools to be successful and the freedom to make an impact and progress. You will gain a valuable insight into various areas of the business, receive products and skills training, receive industry sales training, one-on-one mentoring with a senior manager and a strong relationship with the General Manager.
Following your introductory training period at the company's Head Office in Luton, you will become the Area Sales Manager of the business' Scotland territory, building strong relationships with new and existing accounts. The business has a strong reputation and its products are specified and installed in several prestigious projects and developments nationwide. You very likely will come across at least one of their products in day-to-day life frequently, without realising!
As for your future progression, all of this should prepare you for senior managerial positions as the company is well-known for its development of graduate talent.
