Our client is a well-established Technology recruitment firm located in 7 European countries, turning over £50 million in revenue on an annual basis. They are experiencing outstanding growth and are looking to hire four entry level graduate recruitment consultants for an immediate start at our London offices. Located in the heart of the city, they have been placing candidates in tech roles with companies such as Apple, Microsoft and Samsung for over 10 years. Tailored, one-to-one training from experienced industry professionals provides graduates with the opportunity for fast progression to a managerial position within 2 years. Our client offers a highly competitive starting salary of up to £25,000 (dependent on prior experience) combined with an uncapped, threshold-free commission structure. Successful candidates first year OTE will be expected to exceed £43,000. The graduate-focused training programme creates a young and competitive work environment that is driven by performance-based targets of monthly high-end lunches and quarterly holiday destinations such as Paris and Dubai. The fast-paced nature of this environment provides employees with day-to-day task variation and a range of responsibilities.

The Role

You will be required to contact existing and prospective candidates via a range of methods including phone calls, emails and specific computer software. This will then lead on to interviewing and selecting the appropriate candidates to be sent to your Clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the heads of some of the leading technology companies in the world and using computer software to offer consultancy services to these companies. You will organise both Client and Candidate meetings and negotiate contracts with both parties.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be driven with a proven work ethic, providing examples such as academic successes or consistent extracurricular achievements. They should be ambitious and the ability to earn money as a direct consequence of hard work must be a significant motivator for their future career. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people are important. They must be educated to degree level (2.2 and above) OR have significant previous experience in a sales role.
