This Graduate Technical analyst will work closely with the Senior Technical Food director to support the development of safe and legal food, new product development and general food advances .
Duties will be diverse and will include:
o Supporting the delivery of safe and legal food of the specified quality.
oSupporting the delivery of the NPD programme.
oSupporting the consumer care service regarding consumer complaints and requests.
oEnsuring the supplier audit schedule is kept up to date and all GFSI certificates are available.
oConducting internal and external audits
oMaintaining the Master Information Document
oAttending Product trials and first productions
oAssist the Technical team and other teams with ad hoc requests.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, ideally in a food related discipline. A 2(i) or above is essential. As a person you must have shown a proven ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate technical competencies around safe and legal food to specification, new product development and general technical advances in food. You should be a confident communicator with strong IT skills and the initiative to deliver results in a commercial environment.
