Teaching Assistant SEN - About the Role:
This successful school in a Central Birmingham location is looking to add an ambitious graduate to their intervention team. You will be working as a Teaching Assistant, specialising in SEN support. On occasion you will be supporting on a one to one basis with a pupil who can express challenging behaviour due to having emotional and behavioural difficulties. This role will be very rewarding as you will be able to have a real impact from day one and you will have the ability to collaborate with the class teacher in terms of creating creative learning opportunities.
