You should be a self-assured graduate who has a second class degree at the very least and previous experience working in a school. We want to recruit a graduate who has the skills to get their message across in a clear and simple manner and confidently overcome difficult situations. About the Role
You will be benefiting from a bespoke CPD programme and working alongside a number of fantastic departments. You will contribute to the planning and running of after school clubs and your time will be divided between in class support, 1:1 tutoring and leading booster and intervention groups. In this post you will be developing your teaching abilities and working towards securing a place on the School's School Direct teach training plan that is only made available to the most talented teachers. Encouraged and advised by a talented Headteacher, you will have all the mentoring you need to begin learning good practice. As a core member of the teaching team you will be given full access to a variety of useful teaching resources and tools which includes interactive learning areas.
