The initial role will involve running 1-1 and small group interventions, as well providing classroom support with lower achievers in your subject specialism. It will be ideal for gaining experience in areas of planning, preparing and delivering lessons with small groups, and aiding the teacher in raising attainment and tracking student progress, with a focus on GCSE and A-level students studying for their Geography exams.
