Graduate Teaching Assistant - Early Years (Reception Class) - North London

Clarus Education are currently working in partnership with a lovely and supportive Primary School in North London - Barnet. The leadership team are looking to recruit a bright, positive and creative graduate for a full time Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistant - ASAP start!!

***This is an IDEAL opportunity for an ASPIRING EARLY YEARS TEACHER***

PERSON:-Graduate & Aspiring Early Years Teacher

  • IDEAL for a future Early Years Teacher - PGCE or Schools Direct focus
  • Graduate required - 1st Class or 2:1 Degree
  • MUST have confidence academically - English & Maths
  • Excellent communication skills required!
  • Previous child related / teaching assistant experience an advantage - aged 3-5yrs
  • Perfect for a creative and proactive individual
  • Best suited personalities are positive, enthusiastic and caring
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Have a genuine interest in children’s early stages of development
  • MUST be able to commit to a long-term post - 5 days per week

ROLE:-Graduate Teaching Assistant - Early Years / EYFS

  • Class based TA - Reception Class (Aged 4-5yrs)
  • Monday to Friday - 8:30am-4:30pm - Term Time
  • Become part of an excellent Early Years / EYFS Team
  • Immediate start - trials from February 19th
  • Post available until July 2018 & ongoing for the right person!
  • Scope to be developed and trained as a Schools Direct Trainee Teacher
  • Gain invaluable, first-hand experience as in class Teaching Assistant
  • Develop skills and knowledge around the Early Years Framework
  • Supporting the Class Teacher & pupils within the Early Years.
  • Helping children to learn through play - free flow approach
  • Using your initiative and common sense to help create a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Paid £70 per day + Healthcare Package
