TA, LSA, SEN 1:1 support, Intervention Support

Are you going to be Graduating from University this summer?

Do you want to start off a career in Education?

Is a Support Role in a Primary School in the South East of London perfect for you?

With School's beginning to consider their support needs for September many will begin their recruitment for staff straight after Easter.

Teaching Assistants/LSA's and 1:1 Support are the backbone of any School classroom and allow for children to be educated to a high standard.

Primary Schools in the South East of London look for Graduates who have left University recently and are looking to begin a career in education - this can be any role from a Teacher to a Counsellor to an Educational Psychologist.

With multiple Academics Ltd. Client School's in South East London Boroughs there will be multiple opportunities and roles for a keen and motivated Graduate to find a support position and really thrive!

School's offer fantastic support from the Senior Leadership Team and it can be a really great stepping-stone role straight into a Teaching Training Programme next year. Building your skills within the classroom and extending your knowledge of the UK curriculum can put you in a great position to go into a PGCE, School's Direct or SCITT training when you are ready!

Most School's will require some experience working with children previously, but this is not limited to in-School experience. Working as a Nanny/Child Minder, Scout/Brownie Leader, voluntary experience etc. are all previous experience that a School would look and see your commitment to working with children long term.

To be considered for any support role you will need the following;

* A Undergraduate Degree

* Experience of working with children previously

* A can-do & positive attitude

* Passion to work with children in the future
