CER are currently recruiting for Graduate Teaching Assistants to start short term and long term support roles within mixed SEN schools near and around Crewe for pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs and Autism.
This is a great opportunity for a budding graduate who is looking to develop their career in the education sector and potentially complete a teaching qualification in the near future. You will be offered support including CPD and work within schools where you are able to observe outstanding teaching and learning in a SEN setting.
The role will be supporting within various key stages across KS1-KS4 and at times on a 1:1 basis with pupils. You will be responsible for general teaching assistant duties including Literacy and Numeracy small group support, and 1:1 support for a small number of pupils who are disengaged and have additional needs.
