Skills & Experience

We have fantastic opportunities for Graduate Systems Engineers who want to work across a range of technologies. RM Education is a leading provider of ICT solutions to schools and is certified as a Top Employer UK as well as highly rated by the Job Crowd.

All roles will give you the opportunity to develop your technical skills while resolving customer facing issues. You will also help to own and drive key improvement and development projects.

You will work with Cisco/Juniper, Windows, Linux, storage area networks (SANs), VMWare technologies, Office 365, and Azure technologies amongst others.

As a Graduate Support Engineer you will be part of a technical team, responsible for the monitoring, management and development of systems that support the RM Group's 1500 staff across several offices in the UK and India.

Alternatively, you could work for our RM Results business, representing RM Results customers with our hosting and connectivity suppliers to initiate and review infrastructure change requests according to risk and best practice to assure our availability SLAs.

Requirements:

You will have achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 or first class honors degree. In addition we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • The ability to think and act independently
  • Focus on proactive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge, interest and understanding of information technology and a strong desire to meet customers and understand the market.
