Calling all graduates who are looking at routes into teaching or other careers within education.

Would you like to gain invaluable classroom experience before fully committing to a teacher training programme?

You can by working in a graduate support role, full-time for the academic year, starting from September 2018.

Working as a graduate teaching assistant or other support role, in a primary, secondary or SEN school will provide you with the perfect platform to start your teacher training and make the transition into teaching a lot smoother.

Hampton's Education are seeking graduates with/predicted a 2:1 or above degree, a can-do attitude and have a genuine passion to inspire, motivate and change children’s lives for the better.

*Graduate Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant / Learning Mentor
*Graduates who hold/predicted a 2:1 or above (all subjects will be considered)
*Aspiring secondary, primary and SEN teachers required
*West Midlands - Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sutton Coldfield
*Full-time roles from September 2018 for the academic year
*£55 - £65 per day - based on role and experience
*Ideal school experience prior to teacher training
*Potential options of School Direct options for September 2019

*Add value to the classroom teacher by working directly with lower attaining pupils
*Help bridge the gap and accelerate progress
*Assist pupils to develop independent learning skills
*Manage challenging pupil behaviour
*Provide one-to-one and small group support and monitor pupil progress
*Help with extra-curricular activities - before school, lunchtime or after-school and school trips
