Our client are a specialist software house based in nice offices close to Rochester. They are a young, vibrant company with a growing client base. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Graduate Support specialist from a computing background to join their 1st level support team. This is an entry level position where you will be using niche software to log calls and carry out essential triage to their clients. After training and 12 months, opportunities exist to progress into second level support. Ideally you will come from the following background:

  • Graduate or Graduate Calibre
  • Computing or Computer related degree
  • PC hardware or SW support experience professionally or hobby related
