This Graduate Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and have primary responsibility for ensuring stock availability is achieved to meet customer demand at the lowest possible cost. Duties will be diverse and will include:
*Creation of a master planning schedule to forecast demand
*Analyse and determine ordering patterns to ensure stock holding is at its optimum
*Prepare and refine the monthly KPI reports on stock
*Develop strong supplier relationships
* Support the commercial team in delivering volumes around promotions
* Analyse and reduce costs across the supply chain, develop trackers to record savings
* Produce the monthly management pack for key stakeholders across the business
* Support the supply chain manager with any lean or product projects
The ideal candidate will hold a numerical or science based degree, with proven analytical and excel skills or be about to graduate. We can only accept applicants with a 2(i) or predicted 2 (i) and above. Your A level grades will be at least a Grade B and above and you must have a strong commercial instinct and be confident communicating with stakeholders both in and outside the business.
This role would suit an ambitious individual who wants to continue to study towards a supply chain or finance qualification and join a business where you can make an impact in an entrepreneurial environment. Candidates must also hold a full driving licence. The ideal candidate will be offered CIMA study support and will rotate from supply chain into finance.
