Salary: £32,000 Basic (£32K OTE)

In this role, once you have a more thorough understanding of the company, you will use your industry/sales experience to deliver hands on training, coaching and guidance to your team. What you’ll be doing:
On this programme you will be regarded as an expert in the delivery of agreed contracts. You’ll also manage teams adeptly and deliver training and mentorship to those in more entry level positions. Upon agreement with the client, you will manage the costs and revenues independently, as if it was your own business. The ideal candidate will therefore have an entrepreneurial mind, as you will be dealing with customers, suppliers, staff and finances.
You will have the authority to create new opportunities, through innovation and an in-depth understanding of best practice. This is an unrivalled chance to gain vast exposure to high value and niche accounts manging these completely and successfully.

Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Essential: Educated to degree level with a minimum classification of 2:2
- Mandatory – 1-3 years of sales experience and/or some industry experience
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Ambitious and highly driven
