The Ideal Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant will be:
*Acting as a mentor for pupils,
*Taking some out of lessons for 1:1 tuition and teaching others in group sessions
*Supporting teaching across the whole school
*Progressing your teaching abilities through the advice of the SENCO
