You need to be money motivated, competitive by nature with a steely resolve to help you deal with pressure, rejection and a few bumps along the way. You will need to be bright, hard working and willing to work long hours.

Recruitment is a tough sales role and cold calling is part of the role - you will be given full training and support in this aspect of the role, but you should be prepared to get on the phone and confident in your ability to speak with individuals at all levels of the business.

• Individuals who want to work extremely hard and develop within the business.
• Candidates must be a University graduate with a 2:2 or above alongside evidence of strong extracurricular activities.
• Evidence of success within education, employment or extracurricular activities.

• Candidates must be naturally competitive and able to demonstrate this.
