Your new role

• Championed by Lee Wade CEO, the Sales Academy has been running since 2008, with a proven record of transforming ambitious, industrious individuals into high calibre sales professionals. Many of whom have continued success, securing enterprise clients, achieving professional heights including leadership!
• The first 6 weeks of your role will be spent training; learning how to qualify leads, make cold calls, negotiate and close deals
• You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside senior sales team mentors and gain exposure to the full sales life cycle working on complex sales opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed

• An aspiration to earn financial recognition for successful performance
• A can-do attitude, high achievement drive and a natural aptitude for sales
• A strong work ethic, plus excellent communication skills
• Experience of working in a sales environment is not essential, however it is the desire to be successful that is most important

Salary: £28,000 basic with an OTE of £36,000+ in year 1
