Graduate Sales Executive

Your role as a Graduate Sales Executive, will consist of business development, being proactive in making both cold and warm canvass calls to clients and candidates. This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire sales process.

As a graduate recruiter you will be identifying and speaking to clients that are recruiting vacancies in your specialist area. You will capture their requirement by taking a thorough job specification over the phone as well as meet with them face to face. You will then resource for candidates and will be given the tools to access them, such as job boards, social media and our database, additional to this you will write adverts to attract the best candidates and manage responses.

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process with both the client and the candidate, resulting in a succcessful placement for the candidate. You will focus on building and nuturing excellent relationships with your clients, so they want to use you for all their hiring needs and also become an ambassador for you across their company, generating new business for you.

This is predominantly a tele-sales based role, not for the faint hearted and will require tons of resilience. However if you have what it takes and are prepared to work hard you will reap the rewards and progress quickly.
