GRADUATE RECRUITMENT POSITION - BASED IN BEAUTIFUL PUTNEY
Location: Putney, London
The Role - Graduate Recruitment Position
Recruitment is essentially a sales role - you are selling people to people (professional matchmaking if you will).
As a recruitment consultant your role is split into two parts: Business development and candidate sourcing.
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Going to client meetings to keep up to date on hiring criteria
- Headhunting, Advertising, Networking, Database
- Screening CV’s
- Interviewing candidates
- Prepping candidates for interviews
Throughout the process you will act as the 'middleman’, navigating the process and ensuring both sides know who they are seeing and when, and then gathering feedback from your client and candidate. When an offer is put on the table it is then your responsibility to negotiate the best deal for your candidate.

Who do you need to be? - Graduate Recruitment Position
- Recent graduate from a top 20 university (2:1 or above)
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential
- Someone who really wants to be successful
- Huge drive, ambition, and self-motivation
- Articulate and polished
- Confident communicator - on and off the phone
- Language speakers are desirable (German, French, Dutch)
