We are seeking a bright, dynamic and ambitious graduate who is looking to begin their career within recruitment.
You will be joining our hardworking and friendly team here at Central Appointments on our Graduate Programme, initially starting your career as an Operations Co-ordinator. You will receive on the desk training from day one and your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including supporting consultants within the team and liaising with candidates. You will receive all of the necessary training throughout your journey, with the view to progress to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is looking for autonomy and career progression, working with a diverse range of clients and candidates, no two days will be the same.
