Its a broad role where you will be responsible for, and involved in:
- A team of 4 direct reports
Establishment and maintenance of relationships with UK Management Team
Design and delivery of Talent Pipeline programmes, in conjunction with Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development
Annual review of UK campus season
End-to-end management of graduate process: sourcing of roles, placement into final positions
Strategic management of annual hiring targets
Oversight of all UK campus activity, programmes (e.g. Open Days, Insight Programme, Vacation Scheme) and Assessment Centers
Active member of the UK HR function: regular meetings with HR Business Partner community
