We have an excellent opportunity to join a top Legal firm, working within the Graduate Recruitment department. The role, "Graduate Recruitment & Development Assistant/Co-ordinator" will initially be for a 6 month period and is due to start as soon as possible.
The role will include:
Organising Campus season events , booking fairs, delivery of materials and security passes, catering and refreshments
Event management, creation of registration lists, tent cards and name badges
Arranging assessment centres, booking rooms, producing materials, meeting & greeting candidates and query management
Supporting the Graduate Development Manager with the qualification process, collation of performance management forms, recording of information, logistical management of trainee seat moves
Supporting the Graduate Recruitment & Development Team, budget tracking, processing invoices, managing the team in-box, booking travel and accommodation for events, production of all materials
- Previous graduate recruitment experience
- Development experience
- Strong organisational skills
- High energy and plenty of enthusiasm
- Team player with a hands-on approach to work
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel & Word
