Package: £24-26K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role

• Building relationships with candidates
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Maintenance of existing relationships through Account Management
• Interviewing and preparing candidates
• Developing a personal brand in your chosen market
