Package: £23-25K Basic Salary - £35K OTE Year 1, £45K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking
• Negotiating
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

• 2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Strong work ethic , must have worked throughout University part time

• Personable
