Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 basic salary plus commission
Commission: Expected earnings - Year 1: £35K, Year 2: £50K, Year 3: £65K

What Will You Be Doing?
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients.
- Researching and mapping your market.
- Meeting clients and candidates face to face.
- Account Management.
- Interviewing candidates.
- Building relationships with existing and new clients.
- Networking.
- Negotiating.
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies.
- Calling prospective candidates and clients.
- Attending networking events.
- Closing new business.
What do you need?
Ideally a University graduate or 18 months + of sales experience as well as the following traits:
