Salary: £26000 basic plus £45k OTE in your 1st year

Our client are communication and advocacy headhunters. They help recruit individuals who are responsible for an organisation's communications, reputation and market influence. They love what they do and are incredibly prominent in the recruitment industry. They are based in modern offices in the heart of the City and also operate internationally from offices in Washington, Brussels and Sydney.
This is a 360 recruitment consultant role, this means that you will be exposed to the full recruitment cycle from day one. With extensive training provided, this is the perfect opportunity to learn every aspect of a recruitment role, from business development where you will win new businesses to work with, all the way through to resourcing, interviewing and placing your own candidates. You will learn how to create adverts for roles, how to conduct interviews and also learn about a number of networking techniques to ensure you find the best candidates possible. Operating across a number of sectors including the public sector, financial industries and banking services this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to become a recruitment consultant, helping individuals find places to work whilst also earning some serious money at the same time.
Who we are looking for:
A strong academic background, ideally we are looking for this to be degree level however this is not essential and strong 2nd jobbers will also be taken in to consideration
A competitive nature is important - we want you to be number 1 in what you do
Ambitious with the desire to succeed as financial rewards and progression based on meritocracy and performance
Being resilient in the face of adversity and objection - this job can be tough at times so a tenacious attitude is always beneficial
