£18-20,000 basic salary plus OTE £35-40,000

The fundamentals of a recruitment role involve
·Business development- talking with clients/companies and developing ongoing relationships with them.
·Candidate sourcing- finding suitable candidates who match the requirements of a specific job role.
·Marketing- writing advertisements for job roles using job boards, social media, meeting people face to face.
·Understanding and following interview processes in order to ensure both clients and candidates are satisfied with your service.
