FTSE 100 Recruitment firm are looking to hire a talented salesman/woman straight away to join their Finance Team working with the top banks and investment companies in the city. They recruit into all levels of roles so the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate with all types of candidate from MDs to Analysts.
The company has ensured all new employees fit in well by having the Directors work in and around the junior recruitment consultants, constantly offering advice and tips. This allows new consultants to start earning from day one, overseen by a senior consultant who will help you through your first deals. In addition to this they also offer on the job specific training sessions as well as allowing new employees to book in specific training time with their Team Leaders or Directors.

The role involves working on both the client and candidate side, constantly undertaking meetings, interviews and liaising with both parties, as you oversee the entire recruitment process. You manage your own deals all the way through and therefore have the freedom to choose how best to act in each differing situation as no two recruitment deals are ever the same - however, if help is required do not worry Team leaders and Directors will be just around the corner.
