Graduate trainee recruiters WANTED!
£20,000- £22,000 basic salary with OTE of £30,000.
We are looking for highly motivated, confident graduates who are looking to begin a fast-paced career in recruitment with the potential to progress within the business.
This role would suit ambitious, confident and driven university graduates who want to put their qualification to use by transferring their key skills into a fast paced, enthusiastic and rewarding work environment. The successful graduate will have obtained a 2:1 hons degree; although the right 2:2 graduate with relevant study experience would be considered.
The successful candidate will be articulate, with the ability to converse in a professional manner; IT literate and able to demonstrate good time-management skills.
My client is based in Reading and specialises in the Qualified Accountancy sector. The office is easily accessible from public transport links and has recnetly added brand new meeting rooms to its modern working environment.
The company offers a fantastic training programme tailored for graduates wanting to move in to Accountancy Recruitment. The structured programme consists of modules which are covered through both hands-on and classroom training, with assessments to track and evaluate the candidate’s progression.
The successful candidate would join a team of 60 commercially minded individuals spread across 5 locations, ranging in experience from senior to trainee recruiters. The right candidate will share the team’s values of integrity, energy and ambition.
Within the role of a trainee recruiter the successful candidate will initially work the candidate market; sourcing candidates to match with the requirements of specific job roles and marketing existing job roles using adverts across job boards and social media. As the trainee recruiter progresses through their training their work will evolve into a full 360 role; meeting with both clients and candidates to develop business through live working relationships and face-to-face meetings and managing the interview processes from initial contact to the close, ensuring both client and candidate are satisfied with the service.

The competitive commission structure enables employees to earn 22-30% commission on all fees over the quarterly threshold, which is half basic salary; then 22-30% commission on all fees billed over this amount in the quarter.
The graduate trainee recruiter will expect to receive a minimum of 20 days leave p/a plus bank holidays.
