We have a fantastic opportunity for an in-house Graduate Recruiter to join an exciting, fast paced, newly created team in South Oxfordshire. The main focus of your role will be supporting the recruitment of outstanding graduates from all sources, but predominantly from the Milk Round who are eager to join this impressive and exciting organisation. Responsibilities will range from co-ordinating and attending graduate recruitment fairs, liaising with candidates and organising assessment centres.
As the face of the company in graduate recruitment, you will take ownership of:
- Driving the graduate recruitment pipeline
- Organising successful assessment centres
- Event management, including the Milk Round
- Delivering exceptional candidate experience
- Working closely with the business to develop effective graduate schemes
The perfect candidate will be excited about working within an innovative company, where personal growth and development is at the heart of what they do. You will be engaging and confident in your communication style, whilst being analytically minded. To really thrive in this role, you will be passionate about supporting people in their development and at the start of their careers. Due to the events and assessment centres being national, it is essential you are able to drive. You will be educated to degree level (2:1 or above), or equivalent, and have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills both academically and pastorally. Ideally they would be looking for someone who comes with in-house graduate recruitment experience, but they are also open to candidates who have worked on RPOs.
