SALARY: £25K basic salary, 1styear OTE £45k, 2ndyear OTE £60-80k, 3rdyear OTE £100k+

My client is looking for driven, ambitious graduates to join their training academy. You will be working for a company that puts its staff first! Due to exceptional growth we are looking for 8 quality graduates to join my client’s training programme. These are all entry level roles; you do not need previous recruitment consultancy experience; however the standard for the graduate scheme is HIGH. You will need to have excellent academics and be able to prove you have the drive and ambition to succeed in a high pressure role.

You need to have the drive and ambition to work hard! You have to NEED to succeed. Wanting to earn money is not enough; you need to NEED it so much and be willing to work hard to earn it!
