Graduate Quantity Surveyor Birmingham

Gleeds Cost Management Ltd works with a range of high profile, blue chip clients providing Cost Management services for multi-million new build and refurbishment building projects.

Our Birmingham office have an exciting opportunity for a qualified "like minded" Graduate Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of a highly focussed and successful cost management team.

You will be degree qualified having attained a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management MRICS accredited course and looking to develop skills and obtain the APC within a supportive and professional culture. Gleeds have an industry leading APC programme with a 90% pass rate.

Gleeds will offer you the opportunity to:-

- Develop skills with access to Gleeds Training Academy Programme providing comprehensive and contemporary training on key areas such as NEC Contracts, BIM, CostX and Cost Planning.

- Work closely with our senior management team in a progressive working environment where we inspire our employees, share a common vision and have a passion for service to delight our clients.

- Assist on an exciting workload for the retail developments/city centre mixed use team and will be working on schemes in this sector across the UK ranging from £2m -£1bn.

- Attend industry events, socialise with colleagues and contribute to the development of the office.

Preference will be given to candidate’s who have had experience within a Consultancy environment - perhaps through experience gained by way of a work placement within an organisation.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional manner, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work.
