This a broad role that will have responsability for, rotation management, performance management, ER, salary review, budget management, working closely with key stake holders, to include partners and the wider HR team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to design learning and development programmes, to include induction and contnued learning.
You will attend industry events to ensure you are up to date with trends in the graduate areana.
Previous experience of volume rotation management is highly desired.
