Job title: Graduate PR Assistant
Salary: £21,000 + benefits
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Evolve Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Graduate PR Assistant to work for a fantastic organisation based in Leatherhead. This position is perfect for candidates with a passion for writing and are looking to develop their career and are familiar with writing and researching press releases, case studies and producing content for social media.
Key Responsibilities:
·An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate PR Assistant to work for a fantastic organisation based in Leatherhead
·The Graduate PR Assistant will play an active part in the PR team which involves researching press releases and case studies
·You will also create content for Social Media (Facebook and Twitter) and be responsible for day to day administration
·As the Graduate PR Assistant, you will speak to the customers and understand each market separately
·You will attend client meetings and provide minutes for these meetings then prepare a campaign evaluation
·Maintenance of records of the press coverage
·Developing filming briefs and interview points and conduct interviews on film
·Briefing journalists, attending journalist meetings and/or presentations
·Selling in and writing feature articles
·Sourcing photographic quotes and preparation of photographic briefs
·You will attend trade exhibitions and take part in the organisation of company events
·Ideally, the Graduate PR Assistant will have a level of flexibility as there may be some outside of office hours events which you will need to attend for relationship building & networking purposes.
·This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

Key Skills:
·Applicants will need previous experience of actively writing. This can be in a professional manner or whilst at university.
·Ideally, you will have the ability to participate in brainstorming sessions and explore all avenues for the client, based on their specific brief
·You will need to multi-task and work to deadlines whilst managing your workload
·The Graduate PR Assistant will have an understanding of each client and their business activities and be able to identify opportunities to promote the client and their business, based on this information.
