Immediate start for an intelligent, sparky graduate level PA to support two directors and a small team within a major UK corporation - this is a temp to perm role. This role is for a PA who absolutely loves organising, has great attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills as you'll be liaising with senior executives across the business as well as externally. My client is a leading "Blue Chip" firm and they are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate PA with proven PA experience to support the two directors and their small team in this busy and varied role within the friendliest team in the firm.
The role is one for a real organiser - lots of juggling changing priorities and is focussed on complex diary management, extensive travel arrangements, gate-keeping, email management, liaising at both director and board level and preparing collateral for meetings.
You will also get involved in projects, arranging team events and away days and have the chance to work for one of the UK's leading firms that promotes a work life balance. A bright, sunny attitude is essential - no gloomy faces work in this jolly team. You must however have the ability to juggle several things at once and have a love of organising.
You must have previous experience within a PA role and want to learn and grow professionally. Graduate (or equivalent) is needed and a bright attitude. An interest in IT would be beneficial but isn't essential - strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills are needed.Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unable to respond individually to each application.
