WOW FACTOR: An AMAZING new Graduate* Operations Assistant role has come up right in the Heart of the City!! Our client is a corporate membership organisation and is looking for a professional candidate to join their small friendly team.
JOB ROLE: Graduate* Operations Assistant
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 8:30am - 05:30pm
SALARY: £32,000 - £35,000 *Depending on experience
LOCATION: Heart of the City
CULTURE: Everyone works hard to complete their duties to an extremely high standard. Help is always on hand and everyone mucks in to make a successful team. Small team of around 10 staff member. This is a peaceful and friendly office.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and customers
- Answer any email correspondence
- Ensuring the projects run smoothly
- Diary management
- Booking travel
- Ad hoc administrative support for the office
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Support the events team with any ad hoc administration
- Scanning, filing and photocopying project documents
- Attending events as and when required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Education:Graduate* Educated to degree* level or equivalent.
Experience: Ideally some experience within a team assistant/coordinating/admin role.
Skills: Must have an excellent telephone manner. The suited candidate will give great customer service and be extremely organised. Strong attention to detail.
Personal Attributes: Must be courteous and polite. Professional, calm and well presented.
Graduate* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
