Graduate Media Sales Executive
Location: Central London with international offices
Salary: £23k-£27k plus Uncapped Commission OTE £42k in Year 1

A highly reputable media sales firm who specialise in delegate sales and advertisement space for high end corporate events and conferences across the UK and internationally. Recognised in the top 1% of media sales firms in the UK, you will get the opportunity to sell advertisement spaces, digital marketing opportunities and conference events to industry leading brands on an international scale. Currently operating in a number of countries across Europe, they have already broken the North American market and are looking to have offices in Australia by the end of the year.
Their office is located in the heart of the city with a large and vibrant sales floor. The office has a relax area, ping pong tables and flat screen TVs throughout, with a dress down culture this is the perfect opportunity for a young and energetic individual to join their ever expanding team.
After completing their thorough and ongoing training programme, you will be confident and ready to work in different parts of the business using sales techniques and business development methods to win the company new clients whilst getting paid extremely well to do so.
From day 1 you will be get the chance to experience the full media sales cycle with the first 6 months of your time being spent on their London training programme. Here you will receive continual support whilst being taught the best sales techniques possible to help ensure you make as much money as you possibly can. With a generous basic salary, this media sales role also has uncapped commission structures with promotions based upon merit rather than how long you have worked there for. This means you really are only ever 3 months away from a promotion at any time and be leading your own team within a year.
You will liaise regularly with the marketing team, working closely with them on a number of projects whilst representing the organisation in the international market. You will be expected to maintain relationships with existing clients whilst also working hard to generate new leads and win new business.

A strong academic background, ideally we are looking for this to be degree level however this is not essential and strong 2nd jobbers will also be taken in to consideration
