We are currently looking for 2 Trainee Graduate Marketing Services Executive's to join our client on a 12 month contract!

As the Trainee Marketing Services Executive, you will coordinate and execute either marketing print campaigns or direct mail campaigns. You’ll work closely with the relevant partners across a variety of our client’s business areas and with a number of internal and external suppliers. The successful person will provide a profitable, efficient and professional service to their designated client group at all times.
Coordinate and handle the end to end production process across the account. Including estimating, scheduling, artwork, data (DM only), proofing, invoicing and managing all daily queries.Accurate and consistent adherence to processes, record keeping, job bags and general administrationMaintain service levels and quality standardsAccurate and timely financial management including estimating, forecasting and invoicingMaintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, keep customer service at the heart of everything we do whilst always demonstrating a positive, professional approachMake valuable contributions, process improvement and/or efficiencies by challenging briefs and processesBe a great team player, providing cover for colleagues in times of pressure and on non-working days, annual leave and sickness
What is my client looking for?
Our client is looking for someone who either has experience in an office environment,a recent university graduate or currently working in the print industry in another area. What matters to my client is that you have the right attitude, all other skills necessary for the role are taught.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service and administrative/IT skills and be eager to learn about print in order to progress to a Marketing Services Executive role
Other key experience we are looking for includes:
An understanding of print production processes for marketing print and/or direct mail would be beneficial but not essentialKnowledge of service level agreementsKnowledge of a range of print processes, understand how the production process works and how changes in one area could have an impact elsewhereOrganisational, planning, multi-tasking and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
