My client based in High Wycombe are currently recruiting for a confident individual who can assist within their recruitment team. The role will be assisting with administration on their in house system to assist in reducing the back log of emails and also playing apart in the on-boarding process. This would suit a graduate looking to gain some office experience or someone within their second year of studies with some office based work experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with regional employees
- Responding to emails from multiple sites
- Sending user guides to managers on-site
- Clearing a backlog of emails emails and responding
- Following up emails with sites over the phone
